The Tensor Chip gets an upgrade in speed and labeled "G3".  Like its predecessor, the optical fingerprint sensor is located under the front display.  The Pixel 8 Pro frame is constructed of aluminum, and the front and back are beautifully covered in edgeless, scratch-resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus™ 2. Fast charging and wireless charging capability receive a modest boost to 30W and 23W respectively. The USB 3.2 Type-C port on the bottom provides charging and data transfer capabilities. There is no microSD card slot or 3.5mm audio jack available.
