For US customers who own devices with LineageOS, mail your phone or tablet to us and we will update it to the latest software version. This service includes all of the following:

• Flashing the latest software version
• Functionality test
• Detailed cleaning (refurbishment)
• Return shipping
• Technical support for the lifetime of the device

Step 1: Understand the process

You'll need to remove any PIN, password, or biometric protection. The upgrade process does not affect your apps and personal data. All personal data will be preserved. However, we must have access to the device in order to change settings. 

We highly recommend you back up your contacts, photos, and any other data before shipment. You may also choose to factory reset the device which will wipe all personal data and apps. 

Step 2: Agree with our Terms of Service

By selecting this service, you agree Privacy Mint, LLC (dba DigitalPrivacy.Shop) will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for loss or damage that you incur in the event of any failure. This includes the loss of data contained therein, or the services offered thereby available to you, or from any other cause relating to the services performed, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such cause may have been within the control of DigitalPrivacy.Shop.

Step 3: Pay for the service

Change the quantity to match the number of devices you will send for service, then add this item to your cart and checkout. During checkout, in the comments section, include the current operating system version, the brand, model, and model number (i.e. OnePlus, 7 Pro, GM1917) of your device(s). 

Once your order is placed, we will send you instructions to prepare the device(s) for shipment.
