Non-descriptive: Supplier's name and contents are not printed on the label or box
Tamper-proof: Boxes are sealed with #260-grade reinforced Kraft tape
Premium containers: Electronic equipment is shipped in 200-lb test strength Kraft boxes

Domestic Locations

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.

International Locations

We are now shipping internationally through UPS and DHL. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of destination, weight, and value. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

The following international destinations are currently supported: Canada, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and some European Union countries.

VAT and duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect any VAT or duty taxes as part of payment for an order.

Carrier Selection

Delivery date, price, and unique shipping requirements determine who ships your package. For all carriers, a signature may be required depending on location and order value.

UPS Ground is a popular choice for many US destinations based on reasonable rates and fast delivery. International shipments to Canada and some European countries will also go through UPS.

USPS Ground Advantage is an affordable choice for deliveries within the United States. Shipments to PO Boxes can only be shipped via USPS.

We also ship to international locations via DHL depending on the destination country. DHL has excellent rates to Asia, Africa, and parts of South America.

Hazardous Material and Lithium Batteries

Packages with electronic devices containing lithium batteries may be classified as Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) and require special handling. In certain situations, shipments may be restricted to surface transportation only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per weight" basis according to the shipping option available. Free shipping is occasionally offered for specific shipping options and select items. Prices do not include any import duties or taxes that may be added by the order destination country.

Delivery Time

Delivery times, if provided, are strictly an estimate and depend on the destination. Once orders are shipped, we are not liable for extended delivery times by the shipping carrier. Delivery times within the contiguous United States are normally three (3) to five (5) business days from time of shipment to arrival at the destination address. International shipments may require two (2) to four (4) weeks for delivery.

Change Shipping Option After Order

Customers may change shipping options prior to the shipping process being started. Contact us to request the change and we will accommodate whenever possible.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of merchandise to us.
