We ship to the United States and select international destinations. If you need international shipping, contact us first before purchasing at checkout. We'll work with you to calculate shipping based on country requirements. Preferred shipping carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis according to the shipping option you select. Free shipping is occasionally offered for specific shipping options and select items.
You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code will generate the estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.
Change Shipping Option After Order
You can change your shipping options as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 2 to 4 hours of placing your order. Contact us to request the change and we will happily accommodate whenever possible.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
