Locations & Carriers
We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS) to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland and other international destinations. Shipments are not possible to some countries due to restrictions of lithium batteries. These countries include (but are not limited to) Germany, India, Italy, Iran, Russia, China, and New Zealand.
Refurbished items with Lithium batteries cannot be shipped internationally.
Customers requesting international shipping to locations not listed above must contact us first before purchasing at checkout. We will calculate shipping costs based on country requirements and verify any restrictions prior to purchasing.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per weight" basis according to the shipping option available. Free shipping is occasionally offered for specific shipping options and select items. Prices do not include any import duties that may be added by the order destination country.
Delivery Time
Delivery times, if provided, are strictly an estimate and depend on the destination. Once orders are shipped, DigitalPrivacy.Shop will not be liable for extended delivery times by the shipping carrier. Delivery times within the contiguous United States are normally two (2) to four (4) days from time of shipment to arrival at the destination address. International shipments may require two (2) to four (4) weeks for delivery.
Change Shipping Option After Order
Customers may change shipping options prior to the shipping process being started. Contact us to request the change and we will accommodate whenever possible.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of merchandise to us.
