Refurbishing and Testing

Each mobile device is certified with PhoneCheck, an industry-leading diagnostic and certification software solution, to ensure 100% functionality and authenticity. Devices are then sanitized and inspected, then entered into inventory. This process ensures the consistency, quality and reliability of our refurbished products.

Authenticity: Using the device's unique IMEI, we make sure the device has not been reported lost or stolen, and that it has not been locked, hijacked or jailbroken
Battery Health: We only accept devices with minimum 80% battery health and 100% charging capacity
Component Functionality: Full component check including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, charging, light sensors, buttons and switches, microphone, speakers, camera, touch screen, and much more
Data Wipe and Reset: Device storage has been securely wiped and reset to factory default

Cosmetic Condition Grades

After testing is complete, we inspect each device carefully for cosmetic imperfections and assign a condition grade.

Mint - Flawless screen, no signs of wear on body; May be open-box returns or gently used in like-new condition

Excellent - Flawless screen, light signs of use on body that may include very light scratches

Good - Screen may have light scratches, with light to normal wear on body

A grade is assigned to each device and is clearly marked on the product page. If multiple conditions are available for a single product, option buttons can be used to select the condition of your choice. Prices vary accordingly.
