Lenovo 14" ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7 - Linux Laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7 is an ultra-lightweight business-class laptop with 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60 GHz (turbo 3.80 GHz), 8 GB of DDR3-2133 memory, integrated UHD Graphics controller, and 256 GB storage. This laptop provides excellent processing power, long battery life, and reliable performance.  The 14-inch glare-resistant full high-definition (FHD) screen provides 1920 x 1080 pixels, at 16:9 ratio and 60 Hz refresh. The easily identified red-eraser shaped TrackPoint controller makes using the laptop a pleasure. Also included is a HD 720p fixed-focus camera with privacy screen located above the display.

Hardware Interface & Peripherals: Additional peripherals include USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3, Ethernet docking connector, USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI 1.4, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.0, and combo headphone and mic port.

Shop Review: Refurbished in excellent condition, it is ultra-portable. The lightest laptop in its class at only 2.1 lbs. Original MSRP was $1500 in 2020. Overall a great choice for either business or casual computing.
