Technical Support Service

For customers who need technical support to resolve issues above the free-support level. These may be issues not directly related to the proper functioning of our products. This service may include any of the following:

• Privacy phone or tablet configuration issues
• Linux desktop and server troubleshooting
• Network issues related to VPN, TOR, or DNS settings
• Peripheral hardware and driver configuration (printers, scanners, cameras, and other USB-connected devices)
• 3rd-party applications

Step 1: Provide basic details

Provide details of the support you need in the comment box and include your preferred phone number. 

Step 2: Choose a call format

Tech support calls are normally conducted over the telephone network. If you'd prefer encrypted communication and/or keeping your telephone number private, we support voice calls over Session or Jabber Network (XMPP). 

Step 3: Pay for the service

Increase the quantity to add additional 30-minute blocks of service, then add this item to your cart and checkout. Once payment is received, we will contact you to schedule the call.
